Booking the Masa Food Truck for your next event offers more than just exceptional food and service. It also provides meals to our neighbors facing food insecurity throughout Tampa Bay, while fighting to reduce the amount of food being wasted each year. In addition, we’re also helping aspiring chefs, with barriers to employment, chase their culinary dreams!

The mission of our nonprofit organization, 360 Eats, is to bridge the gap between food insecurity and food waste. We rescue surplus food ingredients from businesses, redirecting them away from landfills, then craft gourmet meals that are fed to the community each week for free! During this process, our chefs provide essential training and kitchen experience to young adults giving them the skills needed to excel in the culinary arts and create a more financially sustainable future.

100% of our proceeds fund these programs.
